First registration
To register, please send an e-mail to support.

1. First Name

4. E-mail
Then we will register you in our system and send a password to your funshop account at https://funshop.snap.tv/sio/

How to get a new password
1. Go to https://funshop.snap.tv/sio/ and click Login on left side menu.
2. Click "Forgot Password? Click here" -> Enter your e-mail address, click "OK" and you receive a new password. |

White screen
1. Disconnect the power cable from the Motorola set-top-box (the black box).
2. Connect the power cable and start pressing the Menu-button on the remote control repeatadly.
3. The set-top-box' "Frimware Configuration Menu" (blue screen) will appear.
4. Select "System" and then select "Factory Reset".
5. In the pop up box, select "Yes".
6. Then select "Exit" and "Reboot without saving".
7. The set top box will restart and after 2-3 minutes it shoud be ready to use.
