Pål Hoff
Chief Executive Officer
Pål has been pioneering interactive TV services since 1998, holding key positions in companies PCTVnet ASA (one of the first companies in the world to offer Internet services on the TV in 1999), where he was CTO and later CEO, and in the Force Group, where he was in charge of company's product strategy for the European IPTV and CableTV Markets. Prior to that, Pål was an Internet security specialist and researcher in Telenor R&D and later in the Kongsberg Group.
Pål co-founded SnapTV in 2006 and holds a Master degree from the University of Oslo.

Lars Willner
Chief Financial Officer
Lars is a young Scandinavian tech entrepreneur specialized in startup finance and business development. Co-founder of Ensity.net at Sagastream AB in Sweden, an application platform for interactive video. Founder of and Startup Advisor at Winner Ventures. Previous positions in Event Sales & Marketing and the Real Estate Industry. Educational background from Gothenburg Business School and Beijing Technology and Business University with focus on Industrial and Financial Management.

Mikael Osen
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mikael is an experienced executive sales operative from a variety of markets and verticals. His background ranges from system intigration of complex broadcast solutions, to telecom and IT solutions to professional business users.
Mikael has a technical background with a Masters degree in computer engineering combined with a commercial role throughout his carrier.

Raj Rasanathan
Director, Service & Operations
Raj joined SnapTV in 2011. His considerable experience include People Management, Service & Delivery Management and IT Management positions in NEC Computers International, Strax Service System and InfoCare. Raj has a Computer Science degree from Gjøvik Technical High School (Norway).
