Hans Olav Torsen
Chairman
Hans Olav is Senior Partner in Proventure Management AS which has Proventure Seed AS, a seed capital fund, under management. He has longstanding experience as a founder and entrepreneur of hightech start-ups, including taking companies from scratch to successful IPO and high valued Trade Sales. He has also served as Senior VP Business Development in the Kongsberg Group a leading Norwegian technology company. He has held numerous Board positions including chairman of companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Mr Torsen holds a Master Degree in Cybernetics from The Norwegian University of Technology and Science.

Jan Kristoffersen
Board Member
Jan is partner in Norinnova Forvaltning AS, managing the seed capital fund Norinnova Invest AS in Tromsø, Norway. Previous experience includes a position as director of innovation in Norinnova AS and as advisor in a management consultant company. Both as investor and previously as an advisor, he has extensive experience from board positions and business development in a number of startups and growing businesses. Mr. Kristoffersen holds a M.Sc. from the University of Tromsø.

Marius Kjeldahl
Board Member
Marius is an entrepreneur and investor and has founded several companies within the technology, games, finance and banking areas. He holds a MSc in Operations Research from NTNU in Norway. Some of the companies he has founded/been involved with include Funcom, Paynet, Secana and SnapTV.

Svein Parnas
Board Member
Svein is a specialist in Internet search and scalable systems. Svein was a co-founder of one of the most successful Norwegian hosting companies BaseFarm, as well as several other Internet startups including CPM Scandinavia and T-Rank.
Svein has a technical background (MLISc) and is currently employed in his own company and acts as CTO in CPM Scandinavia and T-Rank.
